I don't think there are too many countries where upskirting is legal but for sure there are countries and places where it could be more tolerated.

For example Soi 6 in Pattaya Thailand could be a place where most anything is tolerated when it comes to perversions.

I shot these pics on Soi 6, the girls are working girls, I would just sit at the bar and take pictures of them, if they came close to the bar where I was sitting on my chair I would just stick he camera under their skirt.

But is candid shooting not much more interesting when the girl does not know she is in your viewfinder...?
These girls in that area are there to tease.
Don't get me wrong - I love the pictures and it is fun.
But for candid shooting it is like shots from a stripshow or a bikini contest:
I love those shots and done them myself, but it is pretty easy, as photographers are expected - or welcome.
Most pictures we have here are not like that

But as I said: Just for candid shooting.

Call me kamikaze or nuts , but that is exactly why I go upskirting myself.
Looking at other upskirt videos on the board is not the same as me going tout and take that upskirt.
