I would wait until I got home before I rubbed one out. Not while I was taking the video.

In shooting (guns not cameras) shaking is caused by a lack of blood in the arm muscles and hands due to clenching up and gripping the weapon too hard. The remedy is to relax. Get comfortable with the weapon in your hands.

Your biggest problem is probably nervousness, which increases your heart rate. You can try to take deep breaths.

But basically, you're either nervous -- or you're not. Don't know any cures for that.
