Turning a Video Sideways

Hey guys, as some of you know I had a few solid video posts before my home computer got the wonderful Koobface virus and wiped everything out. I haven't had the time or the money to put into ripping everything out and starting over just yet, but unfortunately it is needed.
I want to take care of this relatively soon, because I have recently gotten some killer footage. Most notably, I captured a ten minute video of a scene where my video camera was turned on its side. I really want to post this vid; I think it is easily 5 star quality. But I don't want people to have to turn their monitor sideways to view it. My video editor for Sony doesn't allow you to turn an uploaded vid sideways.
I was wondering if any of you know of any programs that I can download or buy cheaply that can do this kind of editing? Please help and i promise to upload the killer vid as a result!
