You will have to create a cookie cutter and during the editing, you will have to move the cutout by hand to follow the face. Having playback at half speed or slower will be needed to get a good track on the face. I hope this helps.
I can't help it if that girl jumped in my scenic shot!

If the face is moving around heaps, No. If they aren't you have to apply an overlay where the face is.

Video Track 1 = Your Video
Video Track 2 = Exact Copy from Video 1

Add 'Gaussian Blur' Blur to video 2. Adjust it until your video is blurred(All your video will be this is OK!)

Then open 'Video Effects - Transform - Crop. Then crop the video down so only the face is blurred.

If your subject moves around a lot you will have to add key frames in to move the blurred box around. If you want help doing that let me know. (Bit Harder)

Anymore questions feel free to ask.

i use corel ulead videostudio 11, got it off a rapidshare forum. cracked version. its pretty simple to use, altho i found the bluring technique impossible, you can overlay a picture (or video) to cover the part you want to obscure.
    http://rapidshare.com/files/14373942...andidBoard.Com
    http://rapidshare.com/files/14374060...andidBoard.Com

run the main exe, there is a keygen for seriel number, then an update. ignore the other stuff. i google one of the files and i said it may be a virus.
    hope this helps.

oops forgot, r a r files dont show up here. you will have to add that yourself. after 'part1' and 'part2' delete all the candidboard stuff and add '.' then 'r' then 'a' then 'r' with no spaces.
