I would sign up but im not given you my zip code nor my name or email address to go with it lol. Comon now we are taken some illegal shots here. Im not going to tell them where i live lol

Where I live it is not illegal to take pictures in public...so nothing I post is illegal. Stop your worrying and sign up. You can use your username (not your real name) and doesn't everyone have a couple spare spammer emails?
