another idea would be to carry a little mini tape recorder so that you could record any threats or bad conduct people might throw at you.

This article describes voyeurism as a sexual disorder.
The stuff on the site is considered voyeur right?
I think it focuses more on people watching / video taping otheres having sex n stuff. I guess theres some poeple who NEED to watch others to uh... have fun.
But I dont think thats the case for most people who have more healthy minds.
hi there.
i found a file that's related to the photographer's rights in germany.

There is a short comment by an attorney about the Finnish laws here:
http://www.mainio.net/print.asp?path...135;7751;71576
It may or may not be similar to other countries in the EU. Here's my quick and dirty translation:
People moving in public places may be freely photographed. Public places include marketplaces, streets, forests and beaches.
Also on the beach one is allowed to take pictures of the public crowd. Photographing an individual and other detailed photography requires consent from the person being photographed.
A swimmer changing clothes should never be photographed, as such an action may be prosecuted as violating the swimmers honour.
Places protected from secret viewing include places protected by domestic peace, lavatories, changing rooms and similar locations. Preparing for secret viewing, i.e. placing a camera in such a place is already illegal as such.
Unauthorised publication of pictures in the mass media or internet is not allowed. Circulating information which violates privacy is prohibited in the criminal law.
Here's also a longer article in a camera zine, basically the information is the same as in previous post.

Thanks Satan

It is really cool that you posted this pdf. It contained some info that I did not know. A lot of it seems to boil down to thinking logically before shooting. Certain public places it is obviously ok to take photos (disneyland, zoo, etc.) and others not (upskirts, dressing rooms, etc.) And while I might piss some people off, they have no right take my camera or punish me for taking photos. They can only ask me to stop.
Olympus, I think your comment freakin rocks. "Firestorm increased a level to "K*d Photo"
I think you better just keep those photos to yourself
Neways, thanks bro!
That is fantastic. Thank you for posting it, Satan!
