Digital is so great - I remember the old days when you'd have to worry about giving yourself away changing Kokacolor/Kodachrome 100 if you took that many frames.

To those who doubt these are panties, you need to look closely and you'll see she appears to be wearing a pad. It's also pretty easy to distinguish the sewing and finishing of panties vs a bikini bottom.

Auqa has been taking pictures like these on this same beach for at least 20 years. And, while the styles have changed, women continue to lie out in their underwear. Hell, he probably has some of the same women who've been going there since the 80's.

It's a clothing optional beach that attracts a large number of clothed male gawkers. My own theory is that the women in underwear feel safe showing their underwear because it's clothing optional but aren't comfortable taking the plunge to nude. And any woman alone showing bare pussy will attract her own little crowd of gawkers and that requires a great deal of self confidence to withstand for more than a few minutes.
